If an order cannot be fulfilled for any reason it will be cancelled. In the event of a cancellation you will be contacted to explain the problem and to refund any money you have paid us for that order.
Please ensure that you check your champagne on receipt and in the unlikely event of any damage make sure that it is noted by the courier. Moore Champagne are unfortunately not able to offer refunds or replacements for damaged champagne if it is not noted on delivery.
