How long does will it take for my Champagne to get to me?

 

Your order will be delivered within 2-4 working days by DHL. You will receive emails notifying you of the dispatch date. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland will take a little longer and will be subject to a delivery surcharge.

 

Can you serve customers outside the UK?

 

We have had queries predominantly from the USA but also from Sweden and Australia and after investigation it has become clear that for small personal orders the hassle of recovering UK Excise and VAT combined with the cost of shipping make it simply not viable. 

 

How much does delivery cost?

 

Delivery costs £6.00 per order - whether you order just the one bottle or multiple bottles. Clearly there is a sensible saving to be had in driving down the unit delivery cost. There is no delivery fee for orders over £200. 

 

The surcharge for Scottish Highlands and islands is an addittional £16.20 per order.
